Before working with Fertility Marketing, Nevada Fertility CARES struggled to maintain a competitive web presence. Their website was built with outdated code and had very little content that search engines could identify as significant content for fertility treatment in the Las Vegas area. After a thorough analysis of the competition in the area and overall market research, Fertility Marketing identified how people in Nevada were searching for fertility treatment. Together with Nevada Fertility CARES, Fertility Marketing developed content to reach Nevada's fertility patients.
Prior to site launch December 1, 2006, when the term “Nevada Fertility CARES” was searched for, the results displayed local competitors' websites ahead of the Nevada Fertility CARES website. After just one month, www.nfcares.com was ranked No. 1 on Google for their name and variations of their name (Nevada Fertility Cares, Nevada Fertility Care, Nevada Fertility C.a.r.e.s.). Prior to their work with Fertility Marketing, www.nfcares.com did not have a top 30 placement on Google for any relevant search terms. The Nevada Fertility CARES website is now listed first and second on Google for "Nevada Fertility Center", above their major competitor who owns the URL www.nevadafertility.com. They are also ranked No. 3 on Google for "nevada fertility" and for 189 related key phrases. The average daily visitor numbers to the website tripled within 9 months of the site launch, improving their regional reputation and increasing their patient numbers.
